Are you a skilled Phlebotomist passionate about patient care and teamwork? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our vibrant laboratory team and make a real difference!

What you'll do:

  • Expertly collect and process blood samples from diverse patient populations (all ages!), ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Prioritize and maintain efficient workflow to meet critical turnaround times.
  • Practice positive patient identification and uphold the highest standards of safety.
  • Embody HumanKindness in every interaction, fostering a supportive environment for patients and colleagues.
  • Assist with specimen processing, intake, and distribution to testing areas.
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and collaborative laboratory.
  • (Opportunity to) Assist with phlebotomy training for new team members.
