Job Summary The Operations Support professional is responsible for providing operational processing support for the Private Banking Operations Cash Control team. This role ensures accurate check clearing, reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and transaction processing while supporting business operations through issue resolution, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement. The position also assists with project testing, maintains check records, and leverages technology, including AI tools, to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Review, accept, reject, and modify check records to ensure proper clearing. Support inquiries and requests related to check disbursements. Execute daily operational processes in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. Assist with project testing for new products and process changes through collaboration with business partners, technology teams, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with check processing procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Investigate and resolve outstanding breaks related to check clearing activities and external bank accounts. Maintain accurate retail bank check records to ensure complete and accurate transaction history. Pursue continuous process improvements while leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
