Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. We will rely on you to create and maintain systems and office processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.  MUST be skilled in MS Office. Excel is a must. You are the gatekeeper to the office, and the office team will rely on you. 
Responsibilities 

  • Manage all shipping activities for the office, both incoming and outgoing (DHL, UPS, FedEx)
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Organize meetings and take accurate minutes when needed
  • Contribute to company reports
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures, seek office improvements 
  • Identify areas to contain costs 
  • Manage clothing samples in the warehouse for the designer
  • Travel management and bookings 
  • Track and manager inventory of office supplies
  • Maintain a clean office (ensuring the office is presentable, clean, kitchen is organized and clean)
