Position Summary:
Ball Outdoor Construction is seeking to hire an experienced Landscaper to support our Construction Foreman with the successful installation of custom landscape designs for our customers. This hands-on leadership role requires expertise in landscape installation and maintenance, strong team coordination, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.ย 
Key Responsibilities
  • Crew Leadership: Supervise and direct a team of landscape technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
  • Project Execution: Interpret landscape plans and specifications; oversee installation of hardscapes, softscapes, irrigation systems, and other features.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work quality and ensure all tasks meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, mowers, and hand tools.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients and site managers to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Training & Mentorship: Train new crew members and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or maintenance
  • Proficiency in reading landscape blueprints and executing detailed plans
  • Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, grading, and hardscape installation
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
