Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and creative Baker / Pastry Chef to lead and support the daily production of our pastry and baked goods program. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality pastries, breakfast items, baked goods, and café offerings that reflect excellence, consistency, and hospitality.
The ideal candidate has strong baking fundamentals, attention to detail, a clean and organized work style, and the ability to produce beautiful, delicious products in a fast-paced café environment. This is a hands-on production role for someone who cares deeply about quality, consistency, presentation, and building a pastry program that guests love.
This position will support café service, catering, events, wholesale opportunities, and future menu development.
Key Responsibilities
Baking and Pastry Production
  • Prepare and bake pastries, breakfast items, breads, cookies, cakes, bars, and other café offerings according to established recipes and production schedules.
  • Execute daily and weekly prep lists with consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all baked goods meet standards for taste, texture, appearance, portion size, and freshness.
  • Support production for café service, catering, special events, wholesale, and seasonal offerings.
Menu Development and Quality
  • Assist with the development of seasonal pastries, breakfast items, grab-and-go offerings, and special menu features.
