Job description

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Shift Manager/Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations during assigned shifts. Acting as the on-site point of contact in the absence of senior management, the Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing team performance, upholding operational standards, and ensuring exceptional guest experience. This role bridges team execution with operational leadership, setting the tone for service, safety, and success. This role also embodies the NBC culture and brand standards that support setting the example for team members and ensuring outstanding client experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise NBC the daily shift operations of the store during scheduled shifts, ensuring consistent execution of standards and procedures.
  • Ensure product inventory is in place and support the ordering of products according to standards.
  • Provide direction, support, and guidance to team members while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on NBC cakes, flavors, sizes, and complementary merchandise.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by modeling warm, attentive, and solution-oriented behaviors.
