Job description

Crumbl Oakleaf is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead daily production and shift execution in our kitchen. This is a hands-on, working leadership role for someone who loves baking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with a franchise on the move.

What You'll Do

     Lead daily baking and production, ensuring recipes, portioning, and presentation meet Crumbl standards

     Run shifts day-to-day: assign tasks, keep the line moving, and troubleshoot in-shift issues

     Train and coach team members on Crumbl SOPs, recipes, and customer service during shifts

     Support inventory counts and ordering accuracy

     Help enforce food safety, cleanliness, and health/licensing standards during shifts

     Work as a hands-on shift lead and baker for the large majority of your scheduled hours

What We're Looking For

     Experience as a Crumbl (or similar bakery/retail) Assistant Manager, Shift Lead, or Baker

     Strong baking/production skills and attention to detail

     Natural leader who can coach and motivate a team during a shift

     Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

     Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs in a fast-paced kitchen environment
