Moises Bakery Hallandale in Hallandale Beach, FL, is seeking one Bakery Production Assistant to join our team. We are located at 115 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Moises Bakery. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

The Croissant Production Assistant will be responsible for supporting the lead pastry chef in all stages of preparation, handling, and organization of the puff pastry and croissants, ensuring agility, quality, and standardization in daily production.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with weighing and separating ingredients according to the technical specifications.
  • Assist with dough sheeting (organizing sheets, dusting flour, preparing butter, moving blocks).
  • Perform supervised cutting, shaping, and folding of croissants.
  • Assist with proofing (organizing carts, trays, and timekeeping).
  • Prepare and organize baking: apply egg wash, set up baking sheets.
  • Keep the production area clean and organized, sanitizing tables, utensils, and the sheeter afterward.
  • Pack and organize baked goods as needed.
  • Constant training to develop new skills
