We have brought The Baked Bear to Florida (www.thebakedbear.com) and couldn't be more excited to expand an amazing team!

  • Prepare and mix cookies and brownies according to company's recipes and procedures
  • Follow company recipes 100% with no deviations
  • Bake cookies and brownies throughout the day
  • Measure and combine ingredients using mixers and other equipment to make cookies and brownies
  • Operate ovens
  • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean and sanitary
  • Be efficient with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with bakery training for new employees, according to company policies
  • Assist with Catering Orders
  • Open and Close the store, according to store policies
  • Prepare orders for in-store customers
  • Applies knowledge of food handling requirements
  • Possess a food handlers card or attend an in-house food handlers class and pass the test
  • Ensures store is compliant with health regulations and standards at all times and follows safety procedures.
