Job description

Bakery Production Assistant – Full Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm
This is a behind the scenes production role (not customer facing) with long term growth potential.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, mix, and scale ingredients for breads and donut dough.
  • Operate production equipment such as mixers, proofers, fryers, and ovens.
  • Shape, cut, and form dough to meet product standards.
  • Fry, bake, and finish donuts with glazes, fillings, and toppings.
  • Monitor product quality, freshness, and appearance throughout production.
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and maintain accurate production logs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and food compliant work environment.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging finished products for fulfillment.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
