Job description

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Bakery Production Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will assist with the preparation, decorating, packaging, and inspection of cakes, cookies, brownies, and other baked goods. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ice, smooth, and decorate cakes according to quality standards.
  • Assist with the preparation and production of cookies, brownies, and other baked goods.
  • Assemble, sort, prep, slice, and prepare products for packaging.
  • Operate production and packaging equipment as assigned.
  • Mix icing and ingredients following established procedures.
  • Label, package, and palletize finished products.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality, appearance, and food safety standards are met.
  • Identify and report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
  • Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Use production tools, including knives, safely and effectively when required.
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
