General Duties:

  • Sam's Italian Bakery bakes bread, crusts and dough balls.
  • Learning all aspects of the bakery including but not limited to mixing dough, shaping dough, panning dough, baking and packing.
  • Helping with managing incoming orders.
  • Helping with loading delivery trucks.
  • Learning all aspects of the bakery.

This is an overnight shift!
