Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
Higher starting wage may be offered based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Full-Time | Permanent Position

HOURS: Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm-1 amย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Friday 3:30 pm-7:30 pm ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Overtime may be required at timesย

Position Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to specifications and production schedules. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to maintain quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

No advanced machining experience is required. We are willing to train dependable individuals who have a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.

What You'll Do

  • Operate manufacturing equipment according to work instructions and specificationsย 
  • Read and follow production orders and job instructionsย 
  • Load and unload materials and finished productsย 
  • Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as neededย 
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are metย 
  • Measure parts using basic measuring tools when requiredย 
  • Maintain accurate production recordsย 
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipmentย 
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policiesย 
  • Assist in other manufacturing areas as neededย
