Bakeshop Supervisor
The Retail Supervisor reports to the Senior Store Manager or Assistant Manager and is expected to execute the following duties and responsibilities: adhere to company policy/core values;; publish staff schedules; open/close the bakeshops; oversee daily staffing; make cash deposits; manage inventory in a timely manner. A successful candidate enhances customer satisfaction and meets sales and profitability goals.
Responsibilities
·        Meet sales goals by motivating staff
·        Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
·        Deal with all customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner
·        Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
·        Be an example of professional behavior and high job performance
Requirements
·        High school diploma or GED
·        The ability to stand for extended periods
·        Proven success in the Retail industry
·        Must be available to work weekends
Per the Collin Street Bakery dress code, Bakeshop Staff will not present with any visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform (absolutely no tattoos on hands, neck, or face)
