Job description
Assemble parts per print for customer orders at the automatic bar machines in the assembly area. Set up, run, and rework bars per print in a timely manner for production purposes. Complies with current ISO requirements, all safety requirements, and good housekeeping.
- Set up and run the bagger machine. Packages product per requirements of the part print specifications, shop orders and inspection charts.
- Place bars and warning label in bags.
- May be required to work at any station to meet production requirements.
- Performs at a level necessary to maintain production standards.
- Inspects product to assure continued conformance to specifications.
- Places completed product in shipping carton.
- When required, performs rework to nonconforming product.
- Completes all documentation associated with the operation.
- Maintains the work station area in a clean, orderly and safe condition.
- May be required to train any new employee assigned to the area.
- Performs other duties as directed by supervisors
- Must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily and meet the physical demands to successfully perform the essential function of this job. - Education and/or experience - High school diploma or GED preferred. Employee must be able to perform basic reading, writing and mathematical functions.

- Mathematical Skills - Basic mathematical skills are required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
