We’re looking for driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associates / Product Specialists to join our award-winning Mazda and Subaru teams.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships, listen to customer needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process

  • Product Expertise: Be the go-to expert on new and pre-owned Mazda and Subaru models, including features, technology, trims, and packages

  • Vehicle Demonstrations: Deliver engaging test drives and professional walkarounds showcasing vehicle benefits

  • Sales Process: Present pricing, financing, and lease options clearly and confidently

  • Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with past buyers to drive repeat and referral business

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Managers and colleagues to achieve individual and team goals

  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on manufacturer training, industry trends, and dealership promotions


Qualifications
  • Prior automotive salesretail sales, or customer service experience preferred (but not required – training provided!)

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills

  • Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
