Global Badge Administrator Supervisor
Access & Systems Support is a dual-function role within the Service & Support pillar of the Operations and Fusion Center - Technology Services team.
This position primarily supports badging operations, cardholder management, and access control administration, while also contributing to the "Run" function of security technologies, including physical access control and video management systems.
The role is designed to bridge access management operations and technical system support, ensuring continuity of service, improved coordination across teams, and support coverage
Core Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary support resource for cardholder management, badging operations, and access assignment requests
• Manage ticket intake, triage, prioritization, and escalation for badging-related requests and issues
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and project teams to create, update, and maintain access levels and permissions aligned with established procedures and guidelines
• Provide Internal training and oversight for badging administrators and other support team members
• Support and maintain audit cardholder data, access levels, and permissions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Act as a liaison between badging, technology, and project delivery teams to ensure consistent execution
• Provide limited cross-support for incidents impacting access control systems and physical security equipment
