About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to assist customers in finding the ideal equipment while driving sales and contributing to the success of our dealership. Specializing in zero-turn mowers, tractors, and parts, this role offers the opportunity to work with high-quality products and a diverse customer base, including both residential and commercial clients.

Compensation:

$70,000


Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Assist customers in selecting equipment tailored to their needs.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend personalized solutions.
  • Highlight product features and performance benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on leads.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Revenue & Growth

  • Maintain pricing discipline to protect profit margins.
  • Promote financing options, warranties, and service packages.
  • Support dealership promotions and inventory priorities.
  • Track daily sales activities and customer interactions.

Operational Support

  • Stay current on product knowledge across all brands and models.
  • Help organize the showroom and maintain inventory awareness.
  • Adhere to company pricing, discount, and sales policies.


Compensation Highlights

  • Base pay or monthly draw (based on experience).
  • Commission on gross profit per unit sold.
  • Monthly volume bonuses.

Qualifications:
