Job description

Responsibilities
Administering the Multiple backup Management Console Server and command line exposure for IBM, EMC, Veritas and VEEAM.
Act as the Level 3 escalation point for complex Veeam Backup & Replication issues.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions.
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication environments.
Manage backup, replication, restore, and disaster recovery operations.
Troubleshoot backup failures, repository issues, proxy servers, and performance bottlenecks.
Configure and support Veeam Cloud Connect, SureBackup, SureReplica, Enterprise Manager, and Veeam ONE.
Support VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and physical server backup environments.
Integrate Veeam with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Perform backup health checks, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Mentor L1/L2 engineers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
Participate in on-call support and major incident management.
Daily review and resolution of client and server backup issues. Capacity planning within the backup environment
Good documentation skill to document the day-to-day events for tracking and review, process documentation, Preparing SOP (Service Operation Procedure) documents, Creating and maintaining technical knowledge base

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
