Role Overview

TURNBRIDGE is seeking a NetApp Professional Services Consultant to join our infrastructure consulting practice. In this role, you will work directly with enterprise customers to design, implement, optimize, and support NetApp-based storage solutions while helping organizations modernize their data infrastructure and operational capabilities.

This position is ideal for a customer-focused consultant with deep NetApp expertise, strong project ownership, and the ability to deliver successful outcomes across storage, cloud, virtualization, and automation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with enterprise customers to deliver successful infrastructure outcomes.
  • Lead NetApp storage implementations, migrations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
  • Design, deploy, and support NetApp ONTAP solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Assess customer infrastructure and provide recommendations for performance, availability, scalability, and data protection improvements.
  • Troubleshoot complex storage, networking, replication, and data management issues.
  • Support enterprise backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Implement and support cloud-integrated and hybrid cloud storage architectures.
  • Leverage automation and Infrastructure-as-Code practices to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Develop technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional technical resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain current expertise in emerging storage, cloud, automation, and virtualization technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting large enterprise customers within complex, distributed IT environments.
  • NetApp ONTAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on implementation and troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Storage Area Networks (SAN)
  • Network Attached Storage (NAS)
  • NFS and CIFS/SMB protocols
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions
  • Data protection and replication technologies
  • Virtualization platforms
  • Kubernetes and containerized environments
  • Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code technologies, including:
  • Ansible
  • Terraform
  • PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages
  • Exceptional customer-facing consulting and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently manage priorities, customer engagements, and project deliverables with minimal supervision.

  • Experience with NetApp StorageGRID.
  • Experience with NetApp Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO).
