Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the community and attributing to overall team goals of the community
  • Clean and maintain exterior and interior breezeways/hallways
  • Inspect all locks and gates to amenity spaces to ensure proper performance and report any malfunctions to Service Manager
  • Complete daily property walks and remove litter, debris, and pet waste
  • Operate backpack blowers and pressure washers to maintain grounds of the community
  • Responsible for snow/ice removal of community including walkways, sidewalks, and parking lots
  • Assist Service Manager in maintaining shop and supply inventories in adherence to the annual budget; communicate needs/purchase requests to Service Manager
  • Comply with OSHA regulations and healthy/safety policies and procedures
