• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting techniques based on client progress and feedback.
• Maintain detailed, confidential, and accurate clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a dedicated team, participating in regular consultations to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Develop and enhance therapeutic relationships through empathetic communication and active listening.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest research trends and advancements in mental health practices through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

As an integral member of our mental health team, you will work with a diverse range of clients who experience varying mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related issues. Your expertise will help guide these individuals toward recovery and improved quality of life.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.
• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy interventions effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities to address complex client needs.
• A collaborative spirit, encouraging teamwork and valuing diverse perspectives within the treatment team.

• Prior experience in a community health setting, particularly with underserved populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing the efficiency of client documentation and care coordination.
• Training in trauma-informed care practices is a plus.
