This position allows you to work in a flexible remote setting, catering to the needs of our outpatient office. Your work schedule will mainly be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments by utilizing evidence-based practices to understand each client's unique psychological landscape and create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities, ensuring a personalized approach to each patient's care.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in alignment with HIPAA and regulatory standards, reflecting the nuanced progress of each patient.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to discuss patient progress and refine treatment strategies.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights and sharing best practices to enhance overall care quality.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their healing process.
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in mental health practice to continuously enhance therapeutic skills and client outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). You'll engage with clients from differing backgrounds, promoting inclusivity and sensitivity toward the unique cultural contexts of each individual.

• Must possess a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia is required.
• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet clients' unique needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills evident in clinical practice.

Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting, familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, and a proven track record of conducting effective therapy will be considered strong assets. Candidates who have experience working with children and adolescents or who are trained in trauma-informed care are particularly encouraged to apply.
