About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Backend Software Engineer with a strong builder mindset, technical curiosity, and passion for developing software. This early-career role is ideal for someone who enjoys building projects, exploring new technologies, and solving complex technical problems.

You will contribute to backend systems supporting a growing creator marketplace, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain backend software systems.
  • Build scalable services and features for a marketplace platform.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, databases, and backend applications.
  • Work with PostgreSQL and support database migration initiatives.
  • Debug software issues and improve application performance and reliability.
  • Use modern AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Research technical problems and independently develop effective solutions.
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to engineering processes and platform architecture.

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of primarily backend software engineering experience, including internships, projects, or other relevant technical experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Proficiency with or strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools.
