Job Summary:
Venture Corporation Limited is seeking a Backend Software Engineer II to play a vital role in developing moderately complex backend features and services. The role involves taking ownership of small modules, engaging in design discussions, and mentoring junior engineers while collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality software.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver quality backend solutions.
• Design and implement moderately complex backend features, APIs, and services utilizing .NET Core.
• Assume responsibility for small modules or components, with a focus on ensuring they are maintainable, reliable, and easily testable.
• Engage in technical design discussions, providing valuable input and suggesting alternative solutions for consideration.
• Offer mentorship to junior engineers and interns through constructive guidance and thoughtful reviews.
• Conduct code reviews for less experienced engineers to help maintain high standards and promote overall quality.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years of backend software engineering experience.

Preferred:
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
