Job description

We want someone who loves to work hard but also desires to enjoy going to work every day. The Office Administrator position is responsible for front office activities, including the reception area, mail, and greeting guests. Also responsible for back-office activities, including accounts payable, account receivable, estimates, and other projects as assigned. Must be highly organized and proactive.
 

  • Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone, mail, and email communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
  • Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems.
  • Arranges the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
  • Applies customer payments, researches, and solves payment discrepancies, adjusts accounts as needed, prepares bank deposits.
  • Processes check requests, successfully manages all vendors and vendor payments, maintains immaculate records, and completes all projects as assigned.
  • Coordinates daily schedule and follows up on estimates created. 
  • Helps to maintain a clean office space and set up for trainings, as needed.
  • Use the CRM system for tasks such as creating estimates, invoices, and scheduling.
  • Schedule: Full & Part Time Position Available:
    • Mon-Fri, 9-5 (Full Time) Mon-Fri, 9-5, with one day off (Part Time)
