•       Assist in preparing materials, data, and documentation for hospital partner meetings and joint operating reviews.

4. Billing Partner Coordination

•       Work directly with our third-party billing partner to ensure timely, accurate claims submission and resolution of billing or coding discrepancies.

•       Reconcile clinician and encounter data between clinical systems and the billing partner to support accurate revenue cycle reporting.

•       Troubleshoot billing-related issues that require clinician documentation, credentialing verification, or clinical input.

5. General Operations Support

•       Identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows and improve process efficiency across departments.

•       Maintain and update standard operating procedures, trackers, and internal documentation.

•       Support ad hoc projects and other operational initiatives as assigned by leadership.

•       Credentialing Knowledge: Familiarity with hospital credentialing, payer enrollment processes, and licensure requirements is highly preferred.

•       Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines, records, and stakeholders simultaneously.

•       Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills suited for coordinating across clinical staff, hospital partners, and billing partners.

•       Technical Proficiency: Comfort working with credentialing platforms, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and standard office/productivity software.
