We are seeking a proactive and leadership-oriented Back Office Lead / Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to anchor our clinical operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead by example, ensuring the back office runs seamlessly while providing compassionate care that makes our patients feel at home. You will be responsible for clinical efficiency, inventory oversight, and maintaining the highest standards of infection control.

Job Description

Clinical Leadership: Oversee back-office supplies and inventory management; optimize patient flow and manage clinical handoffs.
Chairside Assisting: Provide expert assistance to the dentist during various dental treatment procedures.
Imaging & Technology: Capture high-quality dental X-rays and perform digital intraoral scans using 3D scanners.
Infection Control: Meticulously prepare and sterilize instruments using ultrasonic cleaning and dry heat sterilization; manage dental waste procedures.
Patient Care: Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care; ensure maximum patient comfort throughout their visit.
Documentation: Manage accurate patient charting and records using Dentrix, ensuring strict HIPAA compliance.
Lab Work: Take quality impressions and bite registrations.
Operatory Management: Efficiently set up and break down operatories following aseptic and disinfection protocols.

Salary Range

Full-time $25 - $30 per hour

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Tuesday: 7 AM – 4 PM
Wednesday: 7 AM – 4 PM
Thursday: 7 AM – 4 PM
Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: Closed

Requirements

Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
Proven experience in medical imaging and X-ray techniques.
