Job Summary
Our client is looking for a dedicated Back Office Manager to join their dynamic clinical environment. The primary responsibilities include providing seamless support to 2-4 providers in a high-volume clinical setting, managing patient exam and procedure rooms, performing routine back-office clinical duties, administering injections, and assisting with in-office procedures. This role requires collaboration with a back-office clinical team to maintain high patient care standards.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
  • Float seamlessly between 2-4 providers in a high-volume clinical environment (50-80+ patients daily across the clinic).
  • Prepare and manage 8 patient exam rooms and 1 procedure room to ensure optimal patient flow for providers seeing 25-27 patients per day.
  • Perform routine back-office clinical duties, including EKGs, ear lavages, urinalysis, and vaccine administration.
  • Safely administer routine injections, including Toradol, B12, and various antibiotics.
  • Assist providers with minor in-office procedures, including setup, sterile field management, and post-procedure room sanitization.
  • Collaborate with a 6-person back-office clinical team to maintain high patient care standards and a supportive team culture.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Education
  • Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate from an accredited institution.

Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience navigating and documenting in Epic EMR in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to safely administer intramuscular, subcutaneous, and intradermal injections and immunizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to float between multiple providers and room setups without sacrificing patient care quality.
  • Warm, personable bedside manner with strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and clinical staff.

Experience
  • 1+ years of experience as a Back Office Medical Assistant (open to entry-level candidates with strong clinical training and exceptional soft skills).
