Assistant Dental Office Manager (Clinical Experience Preferred) - Full or Part-Time Availability

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Dental Office Manager to support the daily operations of our busy and patient-focused dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both dental clinical procedures and front office management, allowing them to effectively bridge patient care and administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Office Manager with daily practice operations
  • Support scheduling, patient communications, and appointment management
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment plan presentations
  • Monitor patient flow to ensure an exceptional patient experience
  • Train and support front office and clinical team members
  • Assist with collections, accounts receivable, and financial arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, OSHA, and HIPAA requirements
  • Provide chairside clinical support when needed
  • Help maintain inventory and ordering of dental supplies
  • Address patient concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required
  • Clinical dental experience (Dental Assistant or equivalent) preferred
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planning
  • Experience with dental practice management software
  • Strong insurance verification and billing knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
