This role is primarily focused on data entry, record management, and maintaining accurate service-related data for the After Sales & Service department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the system.
  • Ensure all service-related records are updated in a timely and organized manner.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
  • Maintain proper documentation and digital records.
  • Coordinate with the After Sales & Service team for data updates and corrections.
  • Generate reports as required by the department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company data and records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data Entry or Back Office role.
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
