Job description

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Oversight on invoices and receiving payments
  • Performing all payroll functions including generating payroll weekly, quarterly payroll tax filings, as well as annual W2 and 1099 processing
  • Cash management oversight
  • Generation of monthly financial statements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • BS in Accounting a plus
  • Experience with Sage and QB Enterprise preferred
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
