This person will be responsible for meeting with clients, guiding them through our custom design process, and delivering a high-quality designed home that fits all of the client's needs and budget. Responsibilities: Design and production of conceptual plans/sketches and eventual development into a buildable set of construction documents.Direct interface with clients and leading through the entire design process.Ensuring development of ideas is consistent with client's needs and budget. A full, in-depth understanding of construction, from foundations to framing. Engage directly with engineers and other designers.5+ Years of Experience with REVIT. AutoCAD. Photoshop. SketchUp. BIM360. Experience with construction/design in steep slope sites is a bonus.
