Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring clients' success in the digital realm? We are looking for a dedicated Digital Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Best Version Digital, a leading provider of advertising products. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients from the contract signed stage to the successful implementation of our digital advertising products. You will be the primary point of contact for clients during the early stages, specializing in setups and early reporting. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless digital onboarding experience by providing training and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.


Please note that this is not an HR position; you must have experience in digital advertising.


Responsibilities:

  • Leads new clients through the digital onboarding process
  • Conducts training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our digital marketing tools and client dashboard effectively
  • Specializes in setting up clients on our digital advertising products, ensuring configurations align with their unique business objectives
  • Manages the follow-up process with clients and publishers to obtain the necessary account permissions before the campaign start date
  • Provides early reporting to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing their digital advertising efforts
  • Provides support for the team when permissions cannot be given to shift the client to a different product
  • Act as the point of contact via call, text, or video for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations during the onboarding phase.


Requirements:

Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing reporting tools and experience conducting reporting calls.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

What will make you stand out:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in digital marketing or at a digital agency.
  • Previous digital account manager experience with the Meta platform.
  • DSP experience
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google My Business
