Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join the product team for B2B marketing and help build the next generation of Agentic B2B marketing on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing automation and agentic capabilities as well as the ability to lead complex initiatives in highly cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and build out the product roadmap for agentic B2B marketing automation
  • Work closely with engineering, research, support, and sales teams to gather requirements and ensure that new tools meet the needs of customers
  • Work closely with cross-departmental initiatives to identify overlaps, dependencies, and align on consistent visions.
  • Manage the product roadmap and prioritize new features for your area
  • Advocate for the functionality and benefits of enabling to ensure visibility and adoption
  • Track the adoption of new tools and measure their impact on customer satisfaction

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in product management
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing automation
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Clear point of view on product vision and goals
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple requirements
  • Skills to coordinate across a diverse group of feature and function teams
  • Deep understanding of AI and agentic capabilities and excitement for how they can transform marketing workflows
  • A related technical degree required

In office expectations are 36 days/a quarter to support customers and/or collaborate with their teams.
