  • Oversee multi-entity financial structures, intercompany transactions, and loan reconciliations
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across all business units
  • Review contracts, MSAs, and financial risk exposure across the organization
  • Oversee inventory controls, audits, and financial compliance processes
  • Support evaluation and implementation of financial systems and software

  • Proven track record of partnering with executive leadership and driving business performance
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence decision-making at the ownership level

Technical Expertise

Compensation

  • Executive-level compensation structure aligned with experience and impact
Why This Role

This is a unique opportunity to step into a true leadership seat within a growing organization. The CFO will play a direct role in shaping the financial direction of multiple companies and will work closely with ownership to drive strategic initiatives.
