Job description

This role involves managing product and vendor information within both store operation (HANA) and logistics (SAP B1) systems, ensuring accurate data for registration, pricing, and sales. Key responsibilities include processing store orders, handling EDI and non-EDI inbound data, updating item codes, and managing the registration of various vendor types. The position also focuses on direct communication and resolution of requests from different teams and managing specific logistics tasks such as sales orders, inventory sheets, and transfer requests, alongside handling AP tasks with vendors.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Product registration and sales-related tasks in the store operation management system (HANA)
  • Update item information in the store operation management system (HANA)
  • Communicate and directly resolve requests from stores, MD team, SCM team, etc.
  • Manage registration of in-store vendors and commission-based vendors
  • Process store order prices and sales
  • Manage the store order system (ARAM)
  • Data entry of registration, pricing, and sales information in the logistics operation system (SAP B1)
  • Assign and update item codes in the logistics operation system (SAP B1)
  • Communicate and directly resolve Logistics related requests from MD team, SCM team, etc.
  • Operate H Mart Database
  • Generate and monitor automatic EDI inbound data processing
  • Data entry of NON-EDI inbound data
  • Verify and cross check regional accounting invoice amounts by vendor
  • Update vendor item code master data based on store requests
  • Provide support for tasks related to the store operation management system (HANA)
  • Create and sending inventory sheets in the logistics operation system (SAP B1)
  • Process TRANSFER REQUEST logistics tasks
  • Manage ITR logistics and related communications
  • Manage AP tasks with vendors

Education and Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business Administration, Trade, and Logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • General understanding of ERP Systems
  • Ability to process information and data with high accuracy
  • Able to work on occasional weekends or Holidays
  • Proficiency in English and Korean. (Reading and Writing)
  • 3~5 years of Administrative experience
  • Experience in Logistics with Data entry and processing is preferred
