Job description

Department: Silver Mountain Lodge
Job Title: Lodge Front Desk Agent
Workdays/Hours: 2pm-10pm, and 4pm - midnight
Classification: Hourly, non-exempt
Job Description: Responsible for checking guests into their condo and other guest services
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Checking guests in
  • Answer internal/External calls from guests needing supplies or wanting to make a reservation.
  • Closing down hot tubs at night.
  • Restock supplies at the front desk, lobby and gift shop, notify manager of supplies needed.
  • Resolve problems arising from guest complaints, reservation and room assignment activities.
  • Provide feedback to the other shifts and supervisor/manager.
  • Such other appropriate duties as may be required.

Requirements
Pre-Employment Requirements: Reference check, criminal background check.
Education and/or Experience:
Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel preferred.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone system, copier, fax, and scanner.
  • Knowledge of Springer Miller software preferable, but not required.

Performance Skills:
  • People pleasing attitude.
  • Team player.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and handle guest complaints.
  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
