Looking for a fun team to join and a great job into the world of Food & Beverage? Silver Mt Resort could be the placed for you!
We are looking for a reliable, responsible, positive team player to join our team at Noah's Canteen.
Position: Server
Department: Food & Beverage
Hours: Varied, Seven days a week, most weekends
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The overriding and most important function of each and every employee is to either directly (by interacting with the guest) or indirectly (by providing the key support role to the guest experience) strive to provide the finest in friendly service and quality products.
  • Coordinate Food & Beverage service in Noah's Canteen
  • Greet & seat customers with a smile at all times
  • Build meaningful relationships with guest
  • Track where guest are seated and serve food in timely manner
  • Work as a team with both FOH and BOH staff
  • Communicate with all team mates in a kind and professional manner
  • Stock supplies as needed
  • Wipe down tables
  • Able to count back money and be responsible for you drop
  • Complete all side work to restaurant standards in a timely manner
  • Additional duties may be assigned

Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to work on feet majority of shift
  • Must be positive, energetic & helpful toward fellow employees and guests
  • Must follow all procedures and guidelines as stated in the employee handbook
  • Must be flexible in work schedule
  • Must be able to obtain food handler card with in 15 days of hire
