Salary: $21.30 - $23.30/hour ($16.80/hour + tips, which average an additional $5-$7/hour)


FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt


Schedule: This is a full time position that requires weekend availability and some holidays.


Requirements: Current Oregon Food Handler's card ,Current OLCC Permit


Location & Transportation: Elephants Cedar Hills is located at 2905 SW Cedar Blvd, Beaverton.


Reliable transportation is required. Due to our location, dependable transportation to and from our store is essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exemplary customer service: task pivot and converse with customers
  • Engage in active selling
  • Sale and promotion of products; Help direct customers around the store and menu
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge
  • Produce all food and beverage items precisely according to Elephant's recipes
  • Proper use equipment as specified by Manager and//or trainer
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Cross-train in various FOH roles
  • Reinforce service, sanitation, and food safety standards
  • Monitor workflow and pace during peak hours
  • Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience - food service or hospitality experience highly preferred
  • Barista experience preferred but not required
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and team development
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to stay composed and solution-oriented under pressure
  • High standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
  • Reliability, accountability, and a collaborative mindset
