Job description

Azteca Milling LP, which is responsible for producing MASECA, is a subsidiary of Gruma Corporation. With more than 60 years of experience, Gruma is the largest producer of corn masa flour in the world. Azteca Milling L.P. is currently seeking a Replenishment Manager, this position is responsible for managing inventory flow, forecasting demand, and ensuring accurate and timely replenishment of products to customers. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service levels, minimizing out-of-stock and excess inventory, and supporting retail partners through efficient order and data management.Manage daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment activities for assigned customersDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonalityEnsure purchase orders are received daily; review routing, confirm appointments, and coordinate pickupsMonitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventoryCoordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teamsManage order accuracy, fill rates, and service level performance metricsSupport retail partners (e.g., Walmart) with order flow, item setup, and data accuracyAnalyze deductions, chargebacks, and discrepancies related to orders and logisticsEnsure compliance with customer requirements, lead times, and delivery windowsPrepare and distribute daily sales reports by DC and by storeWork with platforms such as Repositrack, Syndigo, and LuminateIdentify process improvement opportunities to optimize replenishment and inventory managementEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor?s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in replenishment, demand planning, or supply chain roles * Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.Experience working with major retailers (Walmart experience strongly preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel and ERP / replenishment systemsStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong English communication skillsHigh attention to detailStrong organizational skillsData-driven decision makingCustomer-focused mindsetAbility to work independently and proactivelyGruma Corporation and its affiliates, including but not limited to Azteca Milling, L.P., are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, age, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local law.
