About the Job:

The Infra Team is looking for a Network Admin and Project Manager to work on-site to build network systems.

Location: Spring Hill, TN

Frequency of Travel: Business trips may take 3-6 months as needed

About the Benefits(Full-Time Employees) :

- Pay: The pay range for this position is $87,000 - $106,000

Main Responsibilities:

Network & Server Operations:

- Deploy and manage WAN circuits, ensuring stable connectivity and performance

- Install, configure, and operate network equipment (Cisco or Juniper)

- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, including routing, switching, and firewall systems

- Monitor system health and implement preventive maintenance

Infrastructure Project Execution:

- Propose and execute infrastructure-related SI projects (network upgrades, server migrations, etc.)

- Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable solutions

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery

- Prepare project documentation, including architecture diagrams and implementation plans

- Provide post-project support and performance optimization

Experience & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in network and server operations

- Proven experience in WAN circuit provisioning and troubleshooting

- Hands-on expertise with Cisco or Juniper network devices

- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies

- Strong documentation and communication skills

- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent

- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)

- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

- Bilingual proficiency (Korean/English) preferred for global coordination
