Job Description:
Role Summary:
The Project Manager, RCM will play an integral role in supporting the teams' strategic goal of driving enhanced revenue, practice experience, and financial results through technology and best practice workflows. This role will support the RCM team's subject matter experts, practices services and RCM delivery teams. This role will work with other teams throughout the organization such as HR, IT and Operations to ensure smooth communication throughout.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead all coordination activities with the RCM team to support OneOncology RCM initiatives.
  • Ability to use OneOncology's analytical tools to track, report, and create action plans from key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with integrations and practice optimization teams, along with RCM teams during integrations and throughout various RCM implementations including software roll out, tuck-ins, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Identify tasks, assign resources, and manage project plans and checklists to successfully complete tasks to meet agreed upon deadlines. Clearly delineate task predecessors, critical path, and required resources to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Proactively assess projects for potential problem areas and develops solutions as needed
  • Coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams as well as practice leadership to achieve the necessary program, project or activity plans, and schedules while maintaining within budget and resource guidelines.
  • Provide business analysis and due diligence support on new projects as required.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, project management methodologies, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of RCM to assist the team with moving projects forward.
  • Tasks as assigned by the RCM Leadership team.
  • Travel up to 50%.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with customer relationships.
  • Experience in identifying process inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence is highly desirable.
  • PMP certification, Project Management Courses, or prior Project Management experience desired.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 2+ years of experience in a community oncology setting preferred.
  • 3+ years of RCM healthcare experience required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
