About the Role:
Join Aviotrade Inc as an Operations Associate Warehouse in Doral, FL, where you will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in logistics and operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Create shipping labels and Air Waybills (AWB) using FedEx, DHL, and UPS platforms.ย 
  • ย Prepare shipping documentation, including Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and other related documents.
  • ย Pack cartons and prepare pallets for domestic and international shipments. ย 
  • Inspect materials prior to shipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
  • ย Utilize computer systems, email, scanners, printers, and photocopiers.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
  • Operate forklifts when requiredย 
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Support the preparation of SLI, COA, COC, DG, and IMO documentation (training provided).
  • Follow company safety procedures for handling materials and chemical productsย 
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • ย Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or related operations.
  • Basic computer and email skills.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with export documentation, forklifts, or dangerous goods shipments is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in company-provided training programs.
