Job Title: Freight Forwarding Logistics Operator / Sr. Logistics Operator

Location: Duluth, GA

Employment Type: Contract (1 Year, Extendable)


We are seeking Korean-English bilingual professionals to join our logistics team in Duluth, GA. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, transportation coordination, import/export processes, and supply chain operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage domestic and international shipments across Ocean, Air, FTL, and LTL transportation
  • Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and customers to ensure timely shipment execution
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation, including BL, AWB, BOL, invoices, and packing lists
  • Track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues
  • Support billing, settlement, and shipment closing processes
  • Maintain accurate records in logistics management systems
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers
  • Support operational reporting and shipment profitability analysis


Qualifications:

  • Korean and English bilingual proficiency required
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or import/export operations
  • Knowledge of warehouse coordination, customs, and transportation processes preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
