Job description

WHO WE ARE:
Aviva Health is a dynamic and mission-driven federally qualified health center (FQHC). Committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate healthcare services, Aviva Health offers a holistic approach to care, addressing patients' medical, behavioral health, dental, and social service needs. As a vital healthcare resource in the community, Aviva Health fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment where dedicated healthcare professionals have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families. Join us at Aviva Health and be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients and the community we serve.
POSITION PURPOSE:
If you are a Master's Level Behavioral Health Provider who is passionate about making a positive impact in your community, this is the opportunity you've been looking for.
At Aviva Health, you'll be valued as a vital member of a collaborative and compassionate care team. You will have the opportunity to serve individuals and families across diverse backgrounds - including those who are underserved - while working in an environment that supports professional growth, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.
We are seeking licensed clinicians who are confident in their clinical skills, committed to evidence-based practice, and ready to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on improving the health and well-being of our community.
DESCRIPTION:
The Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist will be a core member of the Outpatient Behavioral Health (OBH) team. The licensed clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
You'll work in a primary care, clinic-based environment - with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts - allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate degree (master's or doctorate) from an accredited counseling, social work, or psychology program; a program at an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting agency approved by the Board; or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the Board.
  • Current and active Oregon licensure as a CSWA, PCA, or MFTA (required by first day of employment)
  • Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care

Accepted Licenses:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and (CSWA)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and (PCA)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and (MFTA)
  • Psychologist

Why Choose Aviva Health:
  • Your Choice: 4-day or 5-day work week - Fridays required
  • No Weekends - No On-Call Rotation
  • $10,000 Signing Bonus!
  • Monthly Cell Phone Stipend: $1,020 annually
  • Incentive Pay: Earn up to an additional $10,000 per year
  • Amazing Health Benefits featuring employer-covered deductibles
  • Employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for You and Your Family
  • $2,500 annually for Continuing Education (CE) + 40 hours Paid CE Time-Off to use to attend trainings
  • Up to $1,500 annually for Licensure, Fees, & Dues
  • Access to Federal Loan Repayment Programs (NHSC eligible)
