About Your Role

CMTS is seeking a highly motivated Document Controls Specialist to support airport capital improvement and infrastructure projects for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. This position is responsible for managing project documentation, maintaining document control systems, tracking project records, and supporting project teams through accurate recordkeeping and reporting. The Document Controls Specialist will ensure project documentation is properly maintained, distributed, and archived throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Education

  • High School Diploma.

  • Minimum 5 years of document control experience supporting active airport projects.
  • Experience managing project records, submittals, RFIs, and project correspondence.
  • Experience working with electronic document management systems.
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate project documentation and audit trails.
