We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flex Attorney to support our corporate aviation client with data-focused legal tasks. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for attorneys looking to provide targeted legal services on an hourly basis. You'll work directly with business and data stakeholders to support internal initiatives involving data access, compliance, and analysis.


This role is perfect for a professional who is comfortable operating in a cross-functional environment and can communicate effectively with both legal and technical teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct structured data interviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand data sources, usage, and governance.
  • Collaborate with data owners to facilitate lawful and efficient data extraction, transfer, or access.
  • Review and interpret corporate policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements related to data handling.
  • Provide guidance on data compliance matters, including privacy, retention, and internal policy alignment.
  • Draft memos, guidance documents, or summary findings to inform internal decision-making.
  • Work with internal counsel, compliance, and IT/data teams to align legal processes with business operations.
