In this pivotal leadership role, you will serve as the trusted partner to an elite portfolio of aircraft owners.
Essential Responsibilities/Duties
Champion Client Relationships
  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned aircraft owners, fostering trusted, long-term partnerships.
  • Anticipate client needs and preferences to deliver proactive, personalized service.
  • Ensure regular communication and transparency across all facets of service delivery.

Drive Operational Excellence
  • Partner with Client Aviation Managers (CAMs) and internal teams to ensure seamless flight execution, maintenance planning, and crew coordination.
  • Maintain full visibility over aircraft activity and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.

Lead and Inspire Your Team
  • Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Client Aviation Managers and Flight Crew professionals.
  • Cultivate a culture of service, professionalism, and accountability.

  • Monitor operating budgets, review monthly statements, and support clients with financial insights and solutions.

Ensure Safety and Compliance
  • Uphold Solairus' commitment to the highest safety standards.
  • Tackle complex service or compliance issues with urgency and professionalism.

Champion Innovation and Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service quality, client satisfaction, and internal efficiency.
  • Contribute insights to executive leadership and support strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 7-10+ years in client services, aviation operations, or similar roles - ideally within business aviation.
  • Flexibility: Willing to travel periodically and work extended hours as needed.

Specific Qualifications/Certifications
