We excel at strategies that are delivered through a combination of strong category experience, Sourcing and Procurement operating model expertise, broad-based knowledge and management skills, and geographical reach around the world. We advise companies on potential areas of savings relating to both indirect SG&A costs as well as direct Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and enable digital transformation goals of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement functions through technology (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, etc.) assessments, selection, implementation, and continuous operations.

As a Sourcing & Procurement Consulting Manager on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for...

  • Leading sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, solution configuration, deployment, testing, knowledge management, and performance metric development
  • Advising clients on supply chain and operations strategy and translating findings into sourcing strategies, total cost of ownership models, and executive-ready recommendations
  • Managing multiple workstreams and leading onshore and offshore teams in a fast-paced, client service environment
  • Working with eProcurement technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua to support transformation initiatives
  • Serving as a sourcing subject matter advisor by assessing category cost drivers, supplier opportunities, and large datasets to identify trends, insights, and continuous cost improvement opportunities

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
  • Experience leading delivery of sourcing and procurement projects from strategy through implementation
  • Experience with spend analytics, request for proposal (RFP) and strategic sourcing execution, category management, operational procurement, demand management, and vendor or supplier management
  • Experience leading project teams or workstreams
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience with eProcurement technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, or iValua
  • Experience developing total cost of ownership models
  • Experience presenting findings and recommendations to client executives
  • Experience assessing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and relationships
  • Experience developing analytics approaches to generate insights and improve supply chain performance

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 to $241,000.
